Youth Athletic Training Classes

Our Speed & Agility Training class focuses on acceleration, quickness, footwork, coordination, balance, and explosive athletic movement to help athletes gain a competitive advantage in their sport. Our Youth Strength Training class emphasizes proper lifting mechanics, functional strength development, injury prevention, stability, and overall athletic power in a safe, age-appropriate environment. Both (60) minute coach-led programs provide structured instruction, individualized coaching, and proven training methods designed to improve performance, build confidence, and help young athletes reach their full potential on and off the field.
Private Personal Training
Experience a customized (60) minute one-on-one training session with an experienced EPA Coach. Each private session is designed specifically around your individual fitness level, goals, and athletic needs, providing personalized instruction and expert guidance every step of the way. Whether your objective is to build strength, improve athletic performance, increase mobility, lose weight, enhance conditioning, or develop better overall fitness habits, our coaches will create a targeted training plan to help you achieve measurable results safely and efficiently.
